1. Handcrafted in Vienna

Every Lareen Atelier piece is handcrafted in Vienna, Austria. Each bag is individually made by hand, one bead at a time. Please allow time for the care and craftsmanship that goes into every order.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-30 business days after payment confirmation. The current processing time for each piece is displayed on the individual product page. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Austria:

Standard Shipping: €6.99

Free shipping on orders over €190

Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days

Europe:

EU Standard Shipping: €12.99

Free shipping on orders over €205

Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days

International (Worldwide):

International Shipping: €19.99

Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days

4. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Post Austria. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

6. Delivery Delays

Lareen Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control (force majeure). All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Lareen Atelier cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@lareenatelier.com with your order number. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package or finding a solution.
