1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. email or letter):

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal immediately by email.

Returns should be sent to:

Please include your order number and a copy of your withdrawal notice with the return shipment. Contact us at contact@lareenatelier.com before returning any items so we can assist you with the process.

3. Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

The refund will include the original delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery).

5. Exceptions – No Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, as well as custom or made-to-order pieces.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@lareenatelier.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Austrian law provides a statutory warranty of 2 years from delivery for defective goods.
